How I got here

When I gave birth for the first time, I knew in my heart that something felt off. How could I go through such a powerful, life-changing event with so little support? That experience shaped me, fueling my passion for birth work and guiding me to where I am today. I have since trained through Birthing Advocacy and Peaceful Birth Company and continue to seek opportunities to deepen my knowledge and skills.

My love for holistic care extends beyond birth work into plant medicine. I graduated from Equinox Center of Herbal Studies in 2018, and in 2023, I completed an in-depth course on reproductive plant medicine—exploring how herbs can support everything from fertility through menopause. I bring this knowledge into my Doula care, helping birthing people harness the power of plant medicine to ease pregnancy symptoms, promote labor progress, and support postpartum healing.

Your birth story is yours to write, and I am here to support you in making it one that leaves you feeling strong, informed, and empowered. I have walked alongside families through all kinds of births—home and hospital, medicated, unmedicated, cesarean, VBAC, breech, and high-risk. Ive also served many neurodivergent clients. Each journey is unique, but my commitment remains the same: to provide unwavering support, advocacy, and guidance every step of the way.

You can also find me at Peaceful Birth Company, where I work with a collective of incredible Doulas dedicated to supporting families on this transformative journey.
